Under the Freedom of Information Act I request a copy of any record which sets out the development contributions to be paid (including any waivers applied), as the agreed application of the development contribution scheme between the developer and South Dublin County Council, as provided for under condition 23, of planning grant ABP 305267, for 1034 residential units at Old Nangor Road, Co. Dublin.
