I understand that Teach an Phiarsaigh, Rosmuc does not have an onsite waste water treatment plant and that there is no municipal waste water collection or treatment system in the locality I also understand that the wastewater generated by the facility at Teach an Phiarsaigh is collected in an onsite storage tank, which is then emptied by an independent contractor and transported to an offsite location for disposal/treatment I would be grateful if you could confirm; 1. Details of the independent contractor, that is contracted to empty the Tank and dispose of the untreated wastewater 2. The location of where the untreated wastewater was disposed to in each of the following years a. Year ended 31/12/16 b. Year ended 31/12/17 c. Year ended 31/12/18 d. Year ended 31/12/19 e. Year ended 31/12/20 [Current] 3. The annual cost of the disposal contract in each of the above years 4. Details of the Discharge licence issued by the EPA 5.
