I wish to request the following to cover the period 1 January 2025-present: Records concerning the decision-making process to approach the Institute of Public Administrationto undertake the review of departmental governance practices rather than a fully independent review such as that by Niamh Brennan of the Arts Council; Copies of correspondence and/or meeting minutes concerning the preliminary discussions with the Institute of Public Administration as outlined by the Minister in response to a recent parliamentary question here; A copy of any draft or finalised terms of reference for the proposed Institute of Public Administration review
