On the 30/04/2024, in response to a question relating to engineering qualifications from Deputy Steven Matthews (Question 421), the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage wrote: "My Department undertakes reviews of declared qualifications as necessary and has recently commenced a review of the suite of current engineering qualifications declared under section 160 of the Local Government Act 2001." In relation to this response from the Minister, I am writing to seek the following 1. The Terms of Reference for the review of the suite of current engineering qualifications 2. The duration/schedule of this review 3. The names, roles and contact details of those appointed by the Minister to conduct this review
