I am requesting Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 (FOI) access to information regarding the Lands and properties under the ownership off the OPW In the area surrounding the Irish Coast Guard Station Crosshaven including the houses directly across from the Royal Cork Yacht Club, and the Old Coast Guard Rocket House. In my request I wish to know what the office of Public Works intention is in relation to the disposal of the lands and properties in these areas. As I understand Cork County Council Have an interest in these locations. I also request information in relation to these negotiations and the titles that may Be transferred to the Cork County Council Or developer associated with these lands and properties. I will also be requesting a FOI for information relating to this request from the Cork County Council. I request that you conduct a comprehensive search and forward to me any records in your possession which come within the scope of this request. If you are aware of records which are not held by you but which come within the scope of this request please inform me of same and where they might be located. I must remind you to search for both electronic and non-electronic records, printed material which is in any form including in any electronic device. It is a map, plan or drawing, a disc, tape or film which contains visual or non-visual images or a copy of any of these and for records held on formal files, temporary folders or in any other manner.
