South Dublin County Council

1. To ask SDCC for a copy of all correspondence by 'The Studio Cafe' in Rathfarnham Village, Dublin 14 requesting the annex of 3No. carpark spaces outside the premises to be used for a customer seating area; 2. To request confirmation if any additional council rates are payable for the use of these car park spaces as retail premises; 3. To request copy of approvals or relevent exemptions from planning permission guidelines; 4. To request copy of health and safety, traffic management, risk assessment and method statements, or other documentation on file and available in relation to said annex; 5. To ask the Council for clarification on the competition requirement that other trading outlets who offer similar services (cafe, food, coffees etc.) be allowed to tender for those or any other village parking spaces to be available in the same way.
