All records of communications (including but not limited to emails, meeting minutes, briefing documents, memos, agendas, presentations, or correspondence) between the Department and the specified trade groups relating to:  Irish Government’s preparations for COP30, including official positions, sectoral input, or stakeholder engagement;  Climate, sustainability, emissions, or land use policies in the context of COP30;  Any consultations, meetings, or discussions between Department officials and such trade groups on these matters. The timeframe for this request is: 1 January 2024 to the present. Trade Groups:  Irish Farmers' Association (IFA)  Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers' Association (ICMSA)  Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers' Association (ICSA)
