In respect of 2015 ONLY, can you provide me with a list of all contracts awarded by your Department to outside companies for any type of service or consultancy? In respect of each contract please provide details of: • The date the contract was awarded • The value of the contract • The company, organisation or individual to whom the contract was awarded • The location of their business
