The program for government commits to implementing Phase II of the Land Use Review. The stakeholder engagement ended in or around March 2025 and it is understood that a report has now been sent to government and a draft has been sent to the Attorney General. Under AIE we request on behalf of An Taisce copies of the draft Phase II Land Use Review report submitted to the government and a copy of the draft report submitted to the Attorney General if he has been sent a different version.
