I would be obliged if you could furnish me with the following information in relation to the operation of the Civil Service Code of Discipline Circular 19/2016 in the Department of Defence. 1. Total number of Civil Servants in the Department of Defence. 2. How many disciplinary meetings have taken place in the Department of Defence since 1st October 2020. 3. Breakdown of each grade who attended a disciplinary meeting in the Department of Defence since 1st October 2020. 4. Number of Civil Servants (since 1st October 2020) in the Department of Defence where a decision was made by the Relevant Manager to transfer the Civil Servant following a Dignity at Work Investigation and subsequent Disciplinary meeting. 5. Number of Civil Servants (since 1st October 2020) in the Department of Defence where a decision was made by the Relevant Manager to transfer the Civil Servant following a Disciplinary meeting. 6. Number of Civil Servants placed off duty with pay under the provisions of Section 3.2.16 of the Civil Service Disciplinary Code since 1st October 2020. I am applying for the above information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. However as the above request relates to information rather than records, you may decide to handle this request outside the provisions of the Act, in which case I am agreeable to that.
