I am seeking the following: Records and documents held by the Department of Justice from June 2020 relating to the establishment of a Penal Policy Consultative Council, as committed to under the current Programme for Government and in the Department of Justice’s Review of Policy Options for Prison and Penal Reform 2022-2024. In particular, this should include: - Records relating to the proposed approach to this Consultative Council; - Records of a draft Terms of Reference; - Any lists of proposed membership, including any invitations sent to potential members; - Briefing notes or memos relating to the Council prepared for Minister for Justice (including Acting Ministers) by the Department of Justice; - Records of meetings between the Minister for Justice (including Acting Ministers) and the Department where the Council featured as a topic.
