I am writing to request a copy of the original email with attachments and maps sent from Sligo County council on or after October 7th 2013 to the EPA as required under the Planning Act 2000 amending the previous proposed Variation 1 of the Sligo County Development Plan 2011-2017 (copy attached) by incorporating the NEW Mini Plan for the village of Strandhill 2011-2017, Variation 1 October 2013. I believe this email was sent by Mihaela Davidescu following the Sligo County Council's adoption of the proposed amendments on the 7th of October 2013. The email below is a copy of the earlier email which the Sligo Co. Co. sent you in December 2012. The Development Plan was further amended and adopted by the County Council on the 7th of October 2013. The amended Development Plan was sent to you following the adoption by the Sligo Co. Co. on or after the 7th of October 2013. I am requesting under FOI the original email sent by the Sligo Co. Co. notifying of same.
