All correspondence relating to the Assisted Decision‐ Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and its interaction with the Consumer Protection Code 2012 (and any addendum thereto) in the period 1 January 2016 to 16 August 2018. All correspondence referring to the Act and whether all service providers should be considered “Interveners” (as defined in the Act) and/or whether Financial Professionals, as referred to in s.103(2)(xi) of the Act, should be considered Interveners, and/or referring to amending the Act to include Financial Professionals (or other service providers) as Interveners in the period 1 January 2016 to 16 August 2018. All correspondence referring to the code of practice for Financial Professionals (as referred to in s.103(2)(xi) of the Act in the period 1 January 2016 to 16 August 2018.
