All records and documents held by the Department of Justice relating to the potential development of Regulations under Section 24 of the Parole Act 2019 (‘Regulations’). I am seeking records created between July 2021 and November 2024. In particular, such records should include: - Any reports or reviews completed by the Department to examine the policy base to allow for the introduction of Regulations; - Records of written correspondence between any Minister for Justice (including Acting Ministers) and the Department relating to the introduction of such Regulations; - Briefing notes or memos relating to these Regulations prepared for any Minister for Justice (including Acting Ministers) by the Department of Justice; and - Details of meetings between any Minister for Justice (including Acting M inisters) and the Department where these Regulations featured as a topic.
