Copies of all correspondence and communications held in the files, either in electronic or hard copy format and including e-mail, of Meath County Council between Meath County Council and the developers of the lands at Moygaddy zoned for development under the “Maynooth Environs” area in the Meath County Development Plan. The correspondence and communications sought is between Meath County Council and the developers Skycastle Ltd (whether termed Skycastle Ltd, Sky Castle Limited or similar) or their agents and includes correspondence with individuals associated with Skycastle Ltd., or associated companies related the development of these lands. This request is in relation to the above correspondence during the years 2006 to date.
