Any correspondence since January 1st, 2025, between the Minister or his Department (at PO level or above) and the chairman, board or chief executive of ESB on: electricity security of supply issues; electricity connections for new housing, foreign direct investment or data-centre projects; and the provision of Government funding for investment in ESB Networks infrastructure. Minutes of any meetings between them on the same topics, and any associated reports or notes.
