Re: Proposed purchase of Y, Annaghdown Galway for proposed new Graveyard. 1) All correspondence/communications/minutes of meetings between Galway County Council (“GCC) and the Annaghdown Graveyard Committee. 2) All maps of proposed purchase and proposed graveyard. 3) Plans of proposal. 3) Confirmation of the legislative basis/or otherwise in which the AGC were appointed as agents to attend to the following on behalf of the Council: (i) to locate lands for graveyard extension. (ii) to negotiate purchase in principle of lands. 4) All communications between the GCC and other public authorities in respect of this proposal. 5) Market valuation justifying the proposed purchase price of agricultural land in the sum of $80,000.00 and firth third of acre in the sum of €15,000. 6) Details of any other land considered for the purchase for purposes of new graveyard in Annaghdown. 7) Any communications between the GCC and local representatives in respect of this proposal? 8) Details of notes, documentation, policy papers or reports detailing the impacts of this proposal on adjoining landowners.
