I make a request under the freedom of information acts for records relating to the increase in salary for the post of CEO of the HSE as referred to in the letter from the Minister for PER to the chairman of the PAC dated 1 February 2021 (copy attached, reference highlighted). The records should include, but not be limited to, internal and external emails, text messages, messaging records and voice recordings made using official and personal accounts on official and personal computers and personal communications devices. Non-electronic records should also be included. Records should be provided in electronic form only.
