1. A copy of the independent research, ‘Report on Approaches to the Concept of Parental Alienation in other Jurisdictions’ that has been delayed on a number of occasions for publication “A final draft report, identifying findings, analysis, and implications to be submitted to the Department of Justice by 30 November 2021.” 2. The number of/and breakdown of submissions by individuals and organisations that submitted to the ‘Open Consultation on Parental Alienation’ and if the report on these submissions will meet the targeted publication date outlined in Family Justice Strategy for Quarter 2 2023. In addition, if this deadline is not achievable, what date is it anticipated that this report be published? 3. Evidence of any Departmental (DoJ) guidelines or information that states as a matter of good governance that the primary stakeholders (alienated parents) involved in an abusive/traumatic issue such as that of domestic violence or parental alienation survivors must or will be briefed prior to the publication of the resultant report on parental alienation (‘Report on Approaches to the Concept of Parental Alienation in other Jurisdictions’ and report on Public Consultations) as has been already set in precedent in the “Mother and Baby Homes” reporting process to survivors (the primary stakeholders) of that abuse.
