I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of An Taoiseach dated between August 1, 2025, and the date of this request:  All correspondence to/from the offices of the Taoiseach and Tánaiste, regarding a series of engagements MetroLink was participating in in Dublin, Berlin, Paris, Milan, London, Vienna and Madrid during September. This should include, but is not limited to, emails, letters, text messages and social media app messages (e.g WhatsApp) with any MetroLink officials or contractors, briefing documents, draft briefing documents and memos.  All correspondence to/from the offices of the Taoiseach and Tánaiste, regarding the granting of planning permission/a railway order for the MetroLink project. This should include, but is not limited to, emails, letters, text messages and social media app messages (e.g WhatsApp) with any MetroLink officials or contractors, briefing documents, draft briefing documents and memos. It may be of assistance for you to know the Taoiseach and Tánaiste attended the Dublin global market briefing event mentioned above.
