In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, Alcohol Action Ireland requests access to all records (electronic copies) that are held by the relevant unit within the Department of Health, relating to the SALE OF ALCOHOL BILL that have taken place between the department of health and the department of justice from October 2022 - October 2023 This includes all records and correspondence including briefing notes, minutes of meetings, letters, emails, consultations and any other documentation relating to this issue during the time period. These records are non-personal.
