1. A copy of any guidelines/policy/protocol/procedure or similar regarding the use and/or role of cultural mediators and/or interpreters engaging with international protection applicants at the International Protection Office (the ‘IPO’); 2. Any records regarding the qualifications and experience of any such cultural mediators employed or retained by the IPO; and 3. Any records regarding the training of any such cultural mediators employed or retained by the IPO, prior to taking up the role and in the course of the role.
