Access to any records held by the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (DECC) or its legacy Departments, which shows that the conservation of Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus) is not legislated for under the Coarse Fish Conservation Bye-Law No. 806 of 2006 considering the text of the said bye-law concerns “any freshwater fish other than pike, salmon, trout, eels or minnow”.
