Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)

Copies of any correspondence between the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) and Tusla Child and Family Agency between the date in 2013 it assumed responsibility for managing children residential centres and the end of 2014 in which complaints or concerns were discussed or mentioned relating to:  Children’s residential centres  Children’s special care units  Children’s foster care  Children detention schools Could you give me a list of the sources of these complaints, e.g. staff members, members of the public, residents etc. Even if you can't provide me with exact numbers, I just need confirmation of where the complaints were coming from and if possible, the most common source of complaints.
