(i) a record of all correspondence, letters, emails, briefing documents and phone calls to and from the Minister’s office with the GAA; (ii) a record of all correspondence, letters, emails, briefing documents and phone calls to and from the Minister of States’ offices with the GAA: (iii) a record of briefing documents prepared for the Minister and ministers about the GAA; and (iv) minutes and notes from meetings members of the Department, including but not limited to the Minister and ministers, had with GAA representatives
