​Under the freedom of information act 2014, I am formally requesting the decision making process that was employed by Tipperary County Council when it came to which newspaper was used for adverts/notices over the last month, i.e. since 15th November 2025, having received the newspaper distribution and value prospect analysis from One Core, what direction was given to Tipperary County Council employees regarding what newspaper they should use? What formed the decision-making process not to use the Tipp Echo? Please supply a detailed process map of how newspaper adverts/notices are allocated to the various newspaper and the methodology behind the decision making? In addition to the above, I would like a full copy of the distribution analysis you received from One Core, what date you received that analysis, and I appreciate you cannot give me information that is proprietary information to the other Tipperary Newspapers, but I do require all information and comments made in relation to the Tipp Echo and where its weaknesses and strengths are. When, where and what criteria Tipperary County Council is advised to use when allocating the notice/advert to the Tipp Echo for publication
