1. Any and all audits/ reports etc in the possession of the chief executive, or in the possession of senior council officials, relating to Councillors ethical declarations under the Local government Act. This should include any audits/ reviews etc carried out that reviewed the compliance of coucnillors with their obligations under the Local Government Act, in terms of completing their ethical declarations in accordance with the Act.The time frame I am referring to , in relation to any such audits/ review etc is from January 2016-present. 2. Any correspondence to/from the Council CEO that relates to any such audits/ reviews etc, from January 2016-present.
