Details of a communication sent to the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media from RTÉ in relation to its Register of External Activities. It was confirmed to RTÉ that specific legal underpinning in the form of primary or secondary legislation must be in place to allow it to publish a Register that includes the name, the approved activity and the relevant payment band for that activity. RTÉ said it had requested the necessary legislation was put in place by the Department. Can I get details of that correspondence please?
