Copies of any circulars issued by the Department of Environment to Local Authorities concerning their obligations in relation to inspection of bridges in their functional area, in particular any template which might have been issued concerning inspection details.   Any guidelines concerning inventory of bridges, numbering system or recording of bridges, dates of examinations, regularity with which examinations should be conducted, and if remedial works are necessary arising from such an inspection, whether or not there is any protocol in place for follow up inspections to verify that the work has been satisfactorily and safely carried out​
