I am writing to request access to records held by the Department of Public Expenditure under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. Brown Thomas Arnotts Limited has reported lobbying Minister Paschal Donohoe. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: – all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and Brown Thomas Arnotts between 1 January and 30 April 2024 – all briefing material prepared by officials ahead of meetings between the parties for the same time period – minutes for such meetings – records of all material presented at such meetings
