The time period for all actions below is the 22/04/2023 to the 21/05/2023. Any or all internal documents and correspondence (including instant messages, on Skype, Microsoft Teams etc) within the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth relating to Scouting Ireland. Details of correspondence and documents exchanged between Scouting Ireland and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. Any correspondence and documents regarding the meeting of the Chairperson of Scouting Ireland with department officials and Minister O'Gorman. (including emails, text, whats app, phone call records) Any and all emails, text, whats app, phone call records with chair of Scouting Ireland. The minutes and agenda of any meetings with chair of Scouting Ireland or any other Scouting Ireland representative. Any correspondence from the public to the department regarding Scouting Ireland including any protected disclosures made to the department and or the Minister, note I am not looking for a copy of any protected disclosure. All Phone Call and Text Message Records (including Whats App Texts etc) between Scouting Ireland Directors/Staff and Department Officials, including Interim CEO.
