I wish to make a Freedom of Information application in relation to all documents and records, including records in electronic format, held by your organisation relating to the lease acquisition to satisfy a property requirement for the OPW in Letterkenny town as referred to in email from A Named Person on November 14th 2018 3.45pm (see attached email thread between the applicant and A Named Person (OPW)). For the avoidance of doubt this application relates to the time period from when the need for such a property was first communicated to the OPW, or when the requirement was first identified by the OPW, to the present day.
