Offaly by Oaklee Housing Trust Ltd., please provide me with a copy of Form CAS 2 which was submitted by Offaly County Council on the 08/12/2018 to Geraldine Conroy, The Social Housing Capital Investment Unit (West), Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, Government Offices, Ballina, Co. Mayo. In particular please provide me with the data pertaining to question six on this form which documents the categories of persons to be catered for by this project.
