Category 1: Copies of all records held referring or relating to the erection of a sign at the location of the ADS sign (NR0177 pole no 1144) outside O'Flynn's Pharmacy Ardee. The documents to include records o matter where they are held i.e. letters, emails, text messages, memos of site meetings, works reports etc and specifically documents and certifications for prior approval if any. Category 2: Copies of all records held referring or relating to the said sign at the location of the pole prior to its removal in November 2022. The documents to include records no matter where they are held i.e. letters, emails, and text messages to specifically include documents relating to the sign marked ADS sign defect. Category 3. All documents including emails, records of telephone calls, internal written correspondence to include texts and other forms of electronic messages, concerning the notification of, or records of incidents or complaints concerning road users, including drivers of high vehicles concerning this pole/sign since 8 November 2022. (For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking the relevant dates and Nature of incidents/complaints, I am not seeking any personal information of any notifier/complainant in this category, and therefore any issue of data protection can be addressed by redaction of the documents)
