A report commissioned by LCC in 2008/2008. to review the company Stephenstown pond trust Ltd and the community amenity management and operation known as Stephenstown pond. LCC funded this report. It was required before LCC gave the amount of €200,000 to Stephenstown pond trust Ltd. Gateway Consulting were appointed by LCC to carry out this report.
