Irish Life Health has reported meeting with Department of Health officials to discuss the health insurance market, the risk equalisation scheme, and the impact of Sláintecare on the market. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and Irish Life Health relating to the meeting between 1 May and 31 August 2024, all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the reported meeting between the parties, minutes for the meeting, records of all material presented at the meeting
