Department of Children, Disability and Equality

Under Section 25, Part M (2010) of the Disability Act 2005, all public buildings were required to be retrospectively upgraded and brought into compliance so that they were accessible to disabled people. Please provide any memos, reports, briefings and any other documents received or created by the Department that refer to the progress and/or success of local authorities in complying with this legislation.
