​All records relating to the identification of any and all sites in the Dublin City Council area that were proposed as suitable for modular housing, to include all records relating to the decision to choose the five selected sites at Poppintree in Ballymun; Mourne Road in Drimnagh; Belcamp Avenue in Coolock; St Helena's Drive in Finglas; and Cherry Orchard in Ballyfermot. All records relating to discussions between the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government and Dublin City Council about the identification and selection of sites for modular housing within the Dublin City Council area.
