A member of a local authority who is elected, appointed or nominated by that authority to another body in accordance with subsection (1), shall, within 15 working days of the end of each 3 monthly period to 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year notify the local authority concerned of all attendances by the member at meetings of the body concerned and any payments made by or on behalf of that body (including details of distances travelled where payments are in respect of the use of a private vehicle) to the member during the period. I am seeking the notifications made under this section by/on behalf of Councillors in your local authority, relating to payments/distances travelled, for Councillors pertaining to meetings/events held in 2015- 2019. Please note: I include any instances where outside bodies sent notifications on behalf of the Councillors in question, for the periods in question. 2. Some Councils have, from time to time, issued reminder notices to Councillors, reminding them to file their Quarterly Reports, in relation to expenses received from outside bodies, as per their statutory obligations under the Local Government Act. I am seeking copies of those communications, pertaining to the Quarterly Reports for the period 2015-end 2017.
