I hereby request a copy of the following records pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2014; copy extract from the register required to be maintained by the Council pursuant to Part IV of the Building Regulations 1997, including all particulars of all enforcement notices issued pursuant to the Building Control Act 1990, together with any details of any District Court Orders made in respect of all such enforcement notices, for the period from 1 January 2012 to date.
