For the years 2012-2016 and first 6 months of 2017 the total number of personal injury claims received,total value and cost of these claims,number of court proceedings issued,number of proceedings settled before finalisation of a full hearing,number of proceedings which proceeded to a full hearing where the court ruled in favour of the plaintiff and number where the court ruled in favour of the Council.Amount of legal costs recovered by the Council,amount that remained owing at the end of the relevant calender year and amount of legal costs written off as unrecoverable over the course of the relevant calendar year.
