I am requesting all records of communication between the Planning Section of Galway City Council and**** or any directors of these, pertaining specifically to the site of the former Corrib Great Southern Hotel on the Dublin Road, between the dates January 1st 2021 and the date of acknowledgement of this request. The request is for records to include – but not limited to: internal and external correspondence, minutes of meetings, notes or memos in relation to discussions or telephone calls. I would like to receive the records electronically and preferably in their original formatting.
