All records pertaining to HSI's project on "environmental sustainability" announced yesterday, both before and after engagement of White Griffin as consultants and the British Equestrian Federation as project collaborator. The requested records should include information on funding: DAFM's allocation for the project; how much of the funding is restricted to reimbursement for payments to third parties such as White Griffin, and how much can be paid to HSI to cover its direct expenses and/or administrative overhead; the DAFM programme, office, or funding stream under which the project was funded; and information on the public procurement process employed by DAFM that resulted in funding being allocated to HSI for this project.
