all records with regard to correspondance between Galway City Council and Merlin Woods allotments committee in relation to the proposed installation of toilet facilities in the allotments as well as records of the money spent on the installation of toilet facilities in Merlin Woods last year which were recently subject to vandalism. This should include records of insurance paid or received by Galway City Council as a result of the act of vandalism
