Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the following information: 1.⁠ ⁠All guidance notes, policy documents, and internal communications issued by the Department of Public Expenditure that relate to the adoption of an “AI first” approach for changing departmental processes. 2.⁠ ⁠Any documents or correspondence that discuss the weighting of “environmental and social” concerns within those AI first guidelines. 3.⁠ ⁠Any internal policies, procedures, templates, guidance documents and any other record relating to the considerations which should be given to the introduction of AI, within or outside of the department. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original formatting (e.g., PDF, Word, or Excel files). If a fee will be charged for this service, I would like to be notified in advance.
