All correspondence relating to council meeting minutes from January 2021 to today’s date (Wednesday 13th September 2021). 2. All correspondence relating to the selection of the inspection panel for the colt and stallion inspections at XXXX XXXX (26th – 28th March 2021). 3. All correspondence relating to the selection of the reserve inspector for the colt & stallion inspections at XXXXX XXXXX (26th – 28th March 2021). 3A. Confirmation that the selected reserve inspector was used on these dates. 3B. All correspondence related to a substitute inspector if one was used on the above dates. 4. Copy of the current Inspectors Code of Conduct. 5. Copy of Rules & Regulations or Code of Conduct or any Terms & Conditions that apply to the present inspection committee.
