Copy of all communications which cover the procedure and what criteria were followed in arriving at the decision within the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to give the Sex Workers Alliance of Ireland (SWAI) €9,387 in taxpayer funding just before Christmas under the 2024 LGBTI+ Community Services Fund. A copy of any communications between the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth with the Department of Justice over the awarding of this tranche of money given that the latter department has denied funding to the SWAI unless the group accepts that "prostitution is inherently exploitative of vulnerable people" and still maintains this policy and is quoted as having said that "Funding is made available for projects that are aligned with wider Government policies." A copy of the evaluation of the SWAI by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth which is quoted in Gript to have "...scored sufficiently highly to be granted funding in a competitive funding call."
