Emails, Letters, or Circulars issued between the principal officer in the Social Housing Division including where this officer is CC’d and local authorities, including through their representative bodies such as the County and City Manager’s Association and Local Government Management Association related to interpretation of or application of the Social Housing Assessment Regulations 2011, particularly as regards the application and interpretation of Regulations 5 and 6 related to normal residence, local connection, and discretion; 2. Any documents or records held by the Social Housing Division related to interpretation of or application of the Social Housing Assessment Regulations 2011, particularly as regards the application and interpretation of Regulations 5 and 6 related to normal residence, local connection, and discretion;
