(b) Date the application was last updated, with new or amended documentation from the applicant. (c) Whether FS006108 is at the “pre-application” or application stage. 4. Confirmation as to whether FS006108 already proceeded to the ‘Prescribed Bodies Consultation’ stage, and a copy of the report associated with same. 5. Confirmation as to whether or not Arramara Teo/Acadian Seaplants has applied for any other foreshore licence applications. Please provide the foreshore license numbers associated with each of these applications.
