Confirmation of the tonnage of seaweed sought in FS006108. 3. Confirmation of the current status of FS006108, including: (a) Original date of application. (b) Date the application was last updated, with new or amended documentation from the applicant. (c) Whether FS006108 is at the “pre-application” or application stage. 4. Confirmation as to whether FS006108 already proceeded to the ‘Prescribed Bodies Consultation’ stage, and a copy of the report associated with same. 5. Confirmation as to whether or not Arramara Teo/Acadian Seaplants has applied for any other foreshore licence applications. Please provide the foreshore license numbers associated with each of these applications. 6. Confirmation as to whether the Foreshore Unit (Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage/Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications) or relevant Ministers involved, have examined FS006108 (or any other application by Arramara Teo/Acadian Seaplants), with a view to ascertaining their suitability under the transitional provisions provided for in Section 1E (5A) of the Foreshore Act 1933 or to otherwise progress the application under the Foreshore Act. 7. Confirmation as to whether the Foreshore Unit or relevant Ministers involved have requested that the Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (MARA) accept FS006108 (or any other application Arramara Teo/Acadian Seaplants), for consideration as an application for a Maritime Usage Licence under Schedule 7 of the MAP Act 2021 (as amended). If so, have Arramara Teo/Acadian Seaplants have been informed of this? 8. Any and all documentation associated with the above.
