1. Records relating to the 2024 and 2025 NFL games held in Dublin Please provide any and all records relating to the National Football League (NFL) games held in Dublin in 2024 and 2025, including but not limited to: • correspondence, emails, letters, internal messages, memos, meeting notes, attachments or drafts; • all records relating to any Government or public-body financial contribution, support, facilitation or involvement; • any business case, economic evaluation, value-for-money analysis, or internal appraisal prepared for or in connection with the event; • any records concerning visitor numbers, origin of visitors, travel patterns, or related economic assumptions. 2. Climate, aviation, environmental and carbon-impact assessments Please provide: • any records containing, referring to, or discussing the climate impact, environmental impact, carbon footprint or aviation emissions associated with the 2024 and 2025 NFL events; • any internal or external analysis, briefing, note, email, memo or communication in which aviation emissions, long-haul travel, visitor flights or associated climate impacts were considered; • any records showing or referring to the performance of functions in a manner consistent with the State’s obligations under section 15 of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 (as amended), including consistency with the National Climate Objective, climate mitigation duties, carbon budgets or sectoral ceilings. 3. The post-events evaluations Please provide: • all drafts, datasets, data inputs, internal notes, consultant material, correspondence and final versions of tany post-event evaluations relating to the 2024 and 2025 NFL matches, whether or not such evaluations were publicly referenced by the Minister/s or the Department/s. • all communications between your body and any other Department, Fáilte Ireland, consultants or the NFL concerning the scope, preparation or content of the evaluation/s. 4. Future hosting proposals (2026 and longer-term agreements) Please provide: • all records of discussions, proposals, negotiations, exploratory talks, meeting notes, draft contracts or preliminary assessments concerning the possibility of hosting further NFL games in Ireland in 2026 or under any longer-term arrangement or proposed arrangment; • any briefing material, submissions, risk assessments, memos or advice prepared for Ministers, senior officials or Government relating to possible future agreements. 5. Cabinet-related documentation (where applicable) Where relevant and held by your organisation: • any briefing notes, submissions, reports, memoranda or summaries prepared for, or transmitted to, Cabinet or Cabinet Committees concerning the 2024 and 2025 events or any future hosting proposals. (For bodies not involved in Cabinet processes, please treat this as a request solely for any records you hold relating to such material.) 6. Format and inclusions For the avoidance of doubt, this request includes all forms of recorded information, including emails, attachments, internal notes, drafts, text or instant messages used for official business, briefing packs and correspondence with external consultants or event organisers.
